Modo Yoga North Vancouver is your one stop spot for accessible yoga, community building, and fun. We offer a wide range of classes (mostly heated, some non-heated) that are suitable for yoga newbies and seasoned practitioners. Our studio is a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes respect and compassion both in and out of the yoga room. We give back to our community through weekly by-donation classes with all proceeds going to charity. We believe that by creating a little peace and calm breath on our mats, we can bring more peace into the world. Come join us!
